Life is so much better when you live it on purpose, and even better when you give to a purpose.  Our purpose is Mates on a Mission.

Mates On A Mission are just that; a group of buddies who are passionate about making memories for families of children with life threatening illnesses.

As one of co-founders of the charity, Bayswater Property Group Director George Katrib takes his role of giving back to the community very seriously. Through successful golf days, Poker Challenges, Fun Runs and Gala Evenings, MOAM have raised a close to 1 million dollars.

In the past this money has gone toward funding for the Westmead Children’s Hospital, Fr. Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets and most recently towards building playgrounds and sensory gardens for Autistic and Special Needs children in numerous schools in NSW. MOAM also supports the Save our Sons Charity.

Mates On A Mission are also proud to have NRL legend and NSW Blues State of Origin hooker, Robbie Farah on their team. Robbie, who is also one of the co-founders of MOAM, takes pride in what the group have achieved to date and sees the cause as a way to give thanks for an amazing sporting career by giving back to those less fortunate than himself.

MOAM was officially listed as a Charity Organisation in 2008, and since then all founding members have dedicated their time and commitment to the charity as a labour of love.
