William is a passionate and driven individual for Construction and Project Management, having worked on numerous projects in Australia, Hong Kong and Mainland China. He specialises in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Government works across multiple sectors.
Melissa Koutis
Melissa brings a broad range of experience & knowledge to the table. From graphic design, corporate branding, account management, events planning & customer relationship management, Melissa is a valuable member of the BPG team. Dubbed the team "Energiser Bunny", Melissa is full of beans & brings positive energy & good humour into the office, while getting the job done.
Jenene Richards
As our in house compliance manager, Jenene oversees the finer details which ensure we are always compliant with client onboarding requirements and the latest Australian Safety Standards. Jenene is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of all Bayswater employees and our subcontractors, and is fundamental in maintaining excellent customer service.
Paul Roumanos
Paul has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. Once he completed his carpentry trade, he has successfully run his own carpentry business. He is a driven individual with extensive experience in Remedial & Heritage projects. Paul is a key member of our onsite Bayswater team.
Jay Katrib
Jay has over 25 years experience in the building industry. Initially completing his plumbing
trade and then licensing, he moved into construction some years ago by overseeing some of his
own small-scale developments and then joined the Bayswater team in a supervision role. He has been a valuable asset to the team with his extensive experience and work commitment.
HEALTH & SAFETY
It goes without saying that we love our Bayswater team, so it is only natural for us to put their health and safety first
Bayswater maintains a strict focus on quality and safety for each project site we attend. Our WHSE Plan highlights this focus and ensures that anyone involved with a Bayswater managed site can expect safe working conditions.
Any subcontractors or suppliers that are engaged by Bayswater to assist with a project, are reviewed, assessed and managed in line with our QMS & WHSE systems. With all relevant insurances and safety documentation completed and submitted for review prior to any commencement of works.
To maintain our excellent safety record, we strictly abide by our WHS site management plans, risk assessments and safe work method statements which are implemented across all projects.
Our WHSE management system complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements as well as all national and industry codes of practice. A site-specific WHS plan is prepared for each project site.

Bayswater Property Group Director, George Katrib, takes his role of giving back to the community very seriously. George is one of the co-founders of 'Mates on a Mission' a charity organisation created by a group of buddies who are passionate about making memories for families of children with life threatening illnesses.
